Your questions about finding water by satellite
How does BhdBlue locate groundwater?
BhdBlue combines several datasets for your land: terrain and slopes (Copernicus 30 m), Sentinel-2 images, average rainfall, soil, streams, faults and the geological map. A multi-criteria analysis then ranks every zone from very low to very high and suggests the best spots to drill.
Does the result guarantee finding water?
No. The analysis shows the most favourable zones and lowers the risk of drilling in the wrong place, but only a borehole confirms the water, its depth and its flow. For a large project, add a geophysical survey on site.
How long does an analysis take?
A few minutes. You get the water-potential map of your land, the best spots with their GPS coordinates and a PDF report in French and Arabic.
Where does BhdBlue work?
Everywhere in Morocco, from Tangier to Lagouira, with the geological map as well. Elsewhere in the world, the analysis uses global satellite data.
How much does an analysis cost?
The first analysis is free. After that, you choose a single report or a subscription, shown on the Pricing page.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You draw your land on the map or enter the GPS coordinates of its corners, and BhdBlue does the rest.
